Allow me to introduce myself! This will be my 29th year of teaching at Delburne School, and as I stand at the front of the classroom looking at faces that remind me of past students, I consider myself to be very lucky. How many of us can relive their first years of their career with children of their past? (BTW - I was teaching at the school when our two administrators were in high school here!! My goodness but that makes me feel old!!)
My home is in Delburne where my husband is a Village councillor and our dogs are our living doorbell! Our three daughters have all chosen the education field as a current career choice and we could not be more proud!
I continue to teach math and science at the grade 7 and 8 level and am looking forward to our 10th Soap Box Derby in the spring as part of CTF. I am looking forward to getting back into the classroom and having a great year.
